Acquisition of a share in DOMYRIO s.r.o.

In April 2021, the Vendeavour Group acquired a share in a new, modern and ambitious company: DOMYRIO s.r.o. This producer of modern wooden buildings continues the artisan tradition found in the Rýmařov region.
DOMYRIO relies on many years of experience in combination with modern technology. This enables the company to produce high-quality, modern wooden buildings and environmentally friendly, affordable homes for demanding clients. The wood and other renewable resources used to manufacture homes are processed using state-of-the-art CNC equipment.
Vendeavour a.s. acquired a 65% share in the company in April 2021. By adding this company to its portfolio, the group has begun building on four pillars. The first three pillars are the food industry, medicine – natural sciences and next generation farming. DOMYRIO s.r.o. is the first company in the portfolio representing the fourth pillar of next generation living.
